Our company employs staff personnel with the skills and expertise to handle any study from large scale tracking studies to small scale executive interviewing to sensitive project types such as injured workers. We boast one of the largest telephone call centers in the country with 130+ stations located in downtown Toronto.

Since Access Research specializes in data collection and tabulation we invest in the latest technology to complete your data collection needs in an efficient and cost-effective manner. With over 1000 telephone interviewers, including 40 fluently bi-lingual/francophone interviewers and leading edge VOXCO CATI/CAWI online software and full service IVR capabilities we are well equipped to meet any clients needs. Our software is compatible with many popular tabulation packages we employ namely, WinCross, STATXP, Uncle and SPSS.
